Frequently Asked Questions
What you should know about having your wedding or special occasion at Coin Perdu Farm.
What is the maximum number of guests I can have?
We have capacity for 60 guests, however due to Covid 19 restrictions we will follow whatever guests limits are allowed at the time of the wedding ceremony, event or photoshoot.
What is your event season?
We offer weddings and events from May thru September. Photography is offered year round.
Can I come tour the venue before I commit to having my wedding or event here?
Yes. This is a working farm, so all tours are by appointment only. Please contact us by email or phone
Should I inform my guests of anything specific?
This is a working farm, and the grounds consist of gravel, grass and pavement so we highly recommend that you inform your guests, for their safety and comfort, that all footwear be flats or wedges.
As well, the venue is surrounded by our horses and flower crops, so we please ask that everyone be respectful and DO NOT FEED horses or pick or harm anything they see growing.
Is there anything extra and unique that you offer?
Yes. Our lavender and cut flowers are available for purchase for the DIY bridal party or florist. The ceremony area is located just below the lavender field and the reception area is surrounded by our dahlia beds, both make lovely backdrops for your event. The ceremony area has an arbour and rustic seating for your guests as well as a sound system for ceremony music. We also have many different farm related and vintage props that you may use in your decoration. Our quaint farm stand can be opened for the day of your event, allowing your guests an opportunity to find unique Naramata gifts, beautiful florals and lavender.
